Requirements
• In-house global mobility/immigration experience required (vendor-side experience is a plus) • Built or scaled a mobility function in-house at a high-growth tech company • Personally managed immigration/relocation cases end-to-end — visa filings, case exceptions, escalations — not just oversight of a team or vendor doing the work • Has both designed mobility policy/frameworks AND executed individual cases (not a policy-only or ops-only background) • Managed external vendors — relocation companies, immigration law firms — including setting SLAs and evaluating performance • Demonstrated use of AI/automation to improve operations or employee experience.
