Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year, U.S.-accredited college or university. • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technical recruiting within an agency or corporate environment. • Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines in niche technical areas within a multi-state or multinational environment. • Experience recruiting for engineering, architectural, or professional consulting roles is highly desirable, though candidates from other backgrounds will be considered. • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred, along with proficiency in other web-based recruiting systems. • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to build rapport with top-tier talent. • Detail-oriented, highly communicative, and proactive in engaging with candidates and hiring managers. • Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation. Responsibilities
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand open positions, company branding, and the recruiting strategy needed to attract the right candidates. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations. • Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other tools to proactively engage passive candidates, particularly for technical roles. • Serve as a consultative resource and staffing advisor to hiring managers, providing regular updates and insights through weekly or monthly status reports. • Promote and optimize the Employee Referral Program to drive high-quality talent acquisition. • Actively participate in university recruiting efforts, including attending career fairs.
