Requirements
• 2+ years experience in business development, sales or related field with lead qualification across managers, directors, VPs, and C-level executives • Full professional proficiency in English. Other European languages would be a bonus! • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and call manner • Previous business development or sales experience • Cares deeply about the climate and ecosystems of the earth • Willing and able to work from our London office on a regular basis • A self-starter who thrives in constantly evolving environments, ideally with start-ups • Wants to bring their creativity and ideas to help shape our business and contribute to the making a positive climate impact • We’d like someone highly ambitious, motivated and eager to propel their career forward. Responsibilities
• Inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting • Identify product fit and schedule meetings with accounts • Strategize with Marketing and Account Executives on ICP targeting to fill pipeline • Conduct high-level conversations with all levels from midsize companies up to enterprise C-Suite and VP-level to address their sustainability and commercial goals • Create strategic email sequences and outbound campaigns to target prospect accounts • Continuously maintain and update CRM • Achieve monthly qualified meeting booking and outbound opportunity pipeline KPIs
