Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment • Self starter who is used to working in a scrappy team • Strong interest in technology • Active and engaged LinkedIn presence • Passion for Chili Piper values of Help & Compassion, Innovate, Take Ownership, Growth Mindset, Have Fun • Thrive in a fast pace environment with ability to prioritize and multi-task on the fly • Resourcefulness, creativity and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems • Self motivated and self-directed; Fast learner • Strong English communication and documentation skills • Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which the requirements are not always well defined and priorities change frequently • Strong attention to detail and documentation • Comfortable in supporting and working with global customers across many time zones

Responsibilities

• Sell Chili Piper's products and services to potential customers. • Develop leads through networking events, cold calling, email marketing campaigns, social media outreach, etc. • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining if our solutions are a good fit for them. • Present Chili Piper's products or services to qualified prospects in person, over the phone, via video conferencing, email marketing campaigns, social media outreach, etc. • Negotiate contract terms with customers and close sales deals. • Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, upselling additional products or services when appropriate, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular check-ins via phone calls, emails, social media outreach, etc. • Attend industry events to network with potential leads and learn about new market trends that can be leveraged for sales opportunities. • Monitor competitors' activities in the targeted markets to stay informed of their strategies and offerings.
