Requirements
• Sales Operations or Commercial Operations experience. • Experience reviewing commercial documents, purchase orders, and customer T&Cs. • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus, but not the primary responsibility). • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.). • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service. • Basic contract/commercial knowledge (legal background is a plus, not required). • Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations. Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S.
Responsibilities
• Reviewing customer purchase orders (POs) and Terms & Conditions before orders are accepted. • Identifying non-standard or risky contract language. • Coordinating approvals with Legal, Finance, Sales, Pricing, and other stakeholders. • Ensuring approval matrices and delegation of authority are followed. • Verifying pricing, discounts, payment terms, Incoterms, shipping terms, and commercial requirements. • Making sure all required documentation is complete before the order enters ERP. • Acting as the gatekeeper between Sales and Order Management to prevent downstream issues. • Tracking approval status and ensuring timely turnaround. • Maintaining documentation and audit trails.
