Requirements

• At least 6 years of demonstrated success selling technology services, including software development outsourcing, IT consulting, or large-scale digital transformation engagements. • Proven ability to originate, develop, and close high-value deals in the USD 100K–1M range. • Strong pipeline management discipline and experience navigating multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes. • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage board-level audiences. • An established professional network within Singapore's enterprise and technology landscape. • Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential. • Familiarity with AI solutions, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, or content/digital experience technologies (PIM, DXP, DAM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive outbound strategy to identify and win new enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia. • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across target industries. • Take a consultative approach to understand client business challenges and translate them into compelling technology and digital transformation solutions. • Manage the full sales lifecycle — from initial prospecting through to commercial negotiation and contract execution. • Partner with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered. • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. • Location: Singapore (Full-time / Market-based, flexible). • Languages: Business-level English required. • Experience: Minimum 6 years in technology or digital solutions sales.
