Nozomi Networks - Associate Sales Engineer, EMEA

• Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process. • Serve as a technical contact for channel partners, assisting with technical requests and pre‑sales support. • Support the Sales and Inside Sales teams by drafting and reviewing RFP responses to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements. • Develop deep knowledge of Nozomi Networks’ products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively. • Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience. • To be successful in this opportunity, you will have: • Fluency in English is required, additional languages (Arabic, French, German, Spanish...) are a plus. • Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of network technologies and information security. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear presentations. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • A customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support. • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. • A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. • Core Competencies • Core Competencies • Active Listening and Communication • Consultative, Value based selling and Needs discovery • Drive for Results (Get things done) • Objection Handling, Influencing and Negotiation • Planning & Organizing • Professional & Technical Expertise • Resilience and Adaptability • Solution Orientated Mindset • Teamwork, Collaboration and Cultural Alignment
