Requirements

• 4–6 years of performance marketing experience, with demonstrated hands-on ownership of both paid search (Google Ads required; Microsoft Ads preferred) and affiliate or aggregator channel management. • Proven track record managing successful paid search programs, including experience with value-based bidding (target ROAS, target CPA) and non-brand keyword expansion in a high-CPC vertical. • Direct experience managing affiliate or aggregator partner relationships, including partner onboarding, performance reporting, and commercial optimization; familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact, Commission Junction) strongly preferred. • Strong analytical fluency: comfortable diagnosing performance shifts at the campaign, ad group, keyword, and partner level; proficient in Google Analytics 4 or comparable analytics tools; experience with Looker or BI dashboards a plus. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. • Insurance, financial services, or other regulated/high-CPC vertical experience preferred; familiarity with insurance aggregator platforms (Tivly) a meaningful plus. • Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills; able to present performance findings and channel recommendations to senior stakeholders concisely and confidently. • This role also offers bonus pay. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
