Jensen Hughes - Market Director - Accessibility (Built Environment)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. • 10+ years of professional experience in accessibility consulting, architecture, engineering, or related consulting services. • Strong knowledge of accessibility-related design and construction regulations including ADA, ABA, FHA, IBC, IEBC, and ICC A117.1. • Experience working with state-specific accessibility standards preferred, including MAAB 521 CMR. • Proven track record in technical consulting, client relationship management, and business development within professional services. • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while driving operational results. • Self-motivated team player with strong personal and professional ethics. • Preferred certifications include APAC-BE, ICC Accessibility Inspector and Plans Examiner, or other state-recognized accessibility certifications. • Travel up to 25% as needed for client meetings, site assessments, and project collaboration. • Ability to perform on-site assessments, including walking active job sites, climbing stairs, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and results-driven environment. • Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
