Requirements

Responsibilities
• Demonstrates superior consulting acumen, deep client relationships and anticipates client needs and impacts of healthcare landscape changes • Leads in generating business with new clients and growing business with existing clients. This role is dedicated ~75% to business development and ~25% to project delivery. • Manage multiple clients and short- and long-term deliverables to ensure that Avalere's knowledge and expertise are available to meet client needs. • Lead as a Project Lead or Executive Sponsor to a range of projects and project teams including creating protocols and evaluation plans, executing strategic and tactical projects, and preparing/presenting through manuscripts, posters, presentations. • Presenting, both formally and informally as well as to clients and at external meetings, the results of research to a diverse group of stakeholders. • Develops and executes a range of projects, including writing RFPs, vendor selection, and project management, including budget and timelines. • Proficient at mixed-methods research and the development of strategic plans, studies, and analyses to support patient access and value-based outcomes, all within a highly matrixed team environment. • Building and fulfilling integrated RWE generation and strategic plans in close collaboration within and across Avalere and Avalere Health.
