Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a People Operations / Global Employment Specialist or similar • B2+ English proficiency • Demonstrated expertise in official employment operations • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with providers and partners • Effective communication and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail, adaptability, and consistency in work • Ability to create clear, readable, and user-friendly policies and guides • Background in Legal / Global Mobility / Tax / Accounting • Experience managing visa and work permit processes • OUR ASSESSMENT PROCESS • Intro with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (50 mins) • Test Task (~6 hours) • Test Task discussion with Hiring Manager interview (60 mins) • Competency-Based Interview (90 min) • Hiring Manager interview (120 mins)
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive HR support: resolve employment-related queries, manage paperwork, and process leave requests timely and efficiently • Coordinate with Employer of Record (EORs), legal advisors, and immigration consultants to ensure compliance with local laws • Set up new hiring locations, ensuring adherence to local regulations • Maintain our HRIS and ensure data accuracy • Coordinate and arrange visas, work permits, and provide internal consultations on immigration matters • Support internal teams in audit and tender processes • Contribute to compliance gaps analysis across locations and support solutions implementation • Develop an internal knowledge base on employment law, internal policies and practices
