Remote EMEA Sales Manager Prospecting B2B Lead Generation Outreach Close Market Research

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the Ukrainian market and business culture • Hands-on experience with outbound lead generation / prospecting (sales, growth, or B2B marketing background) • Comfortable with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencers, CRM, enrichment tools) or quick to pick them up • Growth mindset: readiness to experiment, learn from failures, and quickly test new approaches • Proactivity and willingness to be hands-on — this is a build-it-yourself role • Strong written and verbal communication — able to craft outreach that gets replies and negotiate through to close • Native or fluent Ukrainian; English level B2+ (spoken and written) • HOW WE GET THINGS DONE? • We are remote-first :) • HOW DO WE UNWIND? • We offer our team 20 days of paid vacation (we’re flexible with days off :))

Responsibilities

• Build and run lead generation from scratch: find, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients and partners • Own the full outbound funnel — from prospecting and list-building to first contact and handoff to closing • Conduct market research to identify new segments, verticals, and channels worth targeting • Find and engage partners/clients through events, communities, conferences, and modern online channels • Manage outbound projects end-to-end: research, list-building, outreach, follow-up, and results analysis
