Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth roles • Proven track record managing 6-figure budgets across DACH/Europe • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and emerging paid media platforms • Strong data analysis and campaign reporting skills (Google Sheets/ Excel, Tableau, Mixpanel) • Experience using AI tools for campaign or creative optimization • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • Fluency in English (German is a strong plus)
