Requirements
• 3–8+ years in Solutions Engineering / Presales / Solution Consulting / ERP process consulting (or equivalent in finance/procurement operations with strong customer-facing chops). • Demonstrated ability to run insight-based discovery (Challenger-style): you can respectfully push back, quantify impact, and build conviction across a buying committee. • Comfort with senior stakeholders (CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services): you can lead without authority. • Strong workshop facilitation + demo craft: story, structure, and objection handling. • Ability to connect technical realities to business outcomes (FTE capacity, cycle time, controls, compliance risk, TCO). • SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud) or multi-ERP environments. • Finance/process knowledge: AP, invoice processing, S2P/P2P, exception handling, approvals, master data workflows. • Experience competing against legacy vendors and “patchwork stacks.” • Fluent in English and German (or another major European language depending on territory). • · A product that wins. blp’s solution consistently outperforms competitors - your job is to open more doors. • · Uncapped earnings. Responsibilities
• Reframe problems faced by enterprises in the context of ERP automation benefits using AI insights and data analysis to quantify cost implications. • Lead discovery efforts across CFO/CIO, Shared Services, Procurement teams to identify operational bottlenecks that can be addressed through blp's solutions. • Develop a tailored solution architecture for ERP automation by scoping the project rollout approach and integration patterns while ensuring security posture is maintained throughout implementation phases. • Conduct deep dives with IT/security teams to understand technical requirements, data synchronization mechanisms between blp's platform and enterprise systems (ERP digital twin), governance policies, and controls for compliance purposes. • Deliver high-impact demos that align closely with customer workflow processes such as Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Approval Processes (AP), Supply to Payment (S2P) by showcasing the tangible outcomes of blp's ERP automation solutions. • Facilitate workshops aimed at executive storytelling, wherein you articulate how blp’s AI-driven solution can transform business processes and drive enterprise value through improved efficiency and reduced manual intervention in the finance department specifically targeting CFO/CIO-led buying committees. • Own technical leadership by guiding discussions on security, integration risks with existing systems, data governance policies to ensure a smooth transition from legacy ERP solutions towards blp's AI automation platform without compromising enterprise compliance and operational integrity standards.
