Requirements
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment • Proven track record hiring for engineering and/or data roles • Hands-on experience with Ashby (or similar ATS) • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build diverse candidate pipelines • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity • Experience in HealthTech or regulated industries • Experience scaling teams in early-stage startups • Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States. • Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Responsibilities
• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data roles (sourcing → offer) • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy • Proactively source and engage high-quality technical candidates • Manage and optimize candidate pipelines in Ashby • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent communication • Drive efficient interview processes and ensure timely feedback loops • Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices
