Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand protection, IP enforcement, or related legal/investigative roles. • Prior in-house experience at a multinational company or law firms is strongly preferred. • Strong hands-on experience in IP enforcement, IP litigation support, and stakeholder management. • Solid understanding of China brand protection landscape; APAC regional exposure is a strong advantage. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder matters. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. • Legal background (LLB, JD, or equivalent) or extensive experience working closely with legal teams. • Experience managing regional or cross-border brand protection programs. • Familiarity with investigations, raids, and civil litigation support in China. • Strategic yet pragmatic mindset. • Strong ownership and accountability. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills. • High attention to detail with strong judgment on risk and priorities. • Additional Reference • MarqVision Company Blog • Leadership Team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC brand protection strategies aligned with global objectives and client priorities. • Serve as a subject matter expert on brand protection trends, risks, and enforcement approaches in China and broader APAC markets. • Identify emerging infringement patterns and recommend proactive IP protection solutions. • Manage end-to-end brand protection matters, including online and offline investigations, test purchases, cease & desist actions, raids, and litigation support. • Assess case feasibility and enforcement options with a pragm0.8 years of experience in the field related to this job posting (not explicitly stated). • Manage investigation agencies, law firms, and enforcement partners across APAC. • Ensure execution quality, compliance with internal standards, and cost control. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams. • Deliver clear, structured updates on case progress, outcomes, and risks. • Present complex enforcement matters in a concise, business-oriented manner. • Mentor junior team members and support process improvements and knowledge sharing (not explicitly stated).
