Requirements
• 1-4 years of experience in marketing, with some hands-on email marketing experience (internships count) • Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar • Strong written communication skills and interest in creating clear, compelling marketing content. • Hands-on experience designing basic marketing assets (social posts, flyers, simple slide decks) in a modern design tool. • Foundational video editing skills, with experience creating short-form content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. • Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and basic dashboards, with curiosity about how metrics connect to pipeline and revenue. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment. • Collaborative, proactive, and excited to partner with Sales, Service, and other teams. • Eager to learn about B2B marketing, demand generation, and performance-driven campaigns. • Experience in ecommerce or in marketing/advertising services at an agency is a strong plus.
