Requirements

• 1+ years in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role (or equivalent hustle, we'll consider non-traditional backgrounds) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails without flinching • Competitive, coachable, and motivated by targets • Organized and disciplined about daily activity • Genuine interest in AI, voice technology, or SaaS • Experience selling into call centers, telecom, insurance, or healthcare • Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav) • Background as a former athlete or competitor

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify target accounts in key verticals (insurance, healthcare, home services, BPOs, lead gen, financial services) • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings • Research prospects deeply: understand their call workflows, pain points, and business model before reaching out • Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately • Book discovery meetings for Account Executives • Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and content-driven outreach • Hit weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets • Learn the product and competitive landscape inside and out
