Responsibilities
• Revenue Strategy & Execution • Own commercial new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health. • Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure. • Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance. • Leadership & Team Growth • Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs. • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching. • Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team. • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights. • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion. • Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.
