• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 6–10+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience in digital, CX, cloud, application development/modernization, or data/AI hiring. • Unique strength and success in recruiting for digital experience roles. • Strong vocabulary in digital transformation and digital experience consulting. • Proven ability to evaluate design talent based on portfolio samples. • Experience assessing candidates for consulting-specific skills like stakeholder management, facilitation, and client storytelling. • Experience recruiting within a consulting, digital agency, or professional services firm, where responsiveness and candidate quality are critical to success • Demonstrated ability to pick up new domains and quickly establish methods for sourcing and vetting qualified candidates. • Proven ability to engage senior, niche, and highly technical candidates. • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation capabilities. • Proficiency with modern ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). • To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
