Responsibilities
• Scale Consumer Adoption: Lead the commercial strategy to drive exponential growth of the Remember Me user base • Commercial & Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal Sales and Commercial Account Management teams to identify high-potential merchants, acting as the subject matter expert to help them pitch and integrate Flow/Remember Me and our other future solutions. • Merchant Collaboration & Co-Creation: Act as a strategic consultant to our key merchant partners, gathering deep market insights to help shape the future roadmap of our emerging products. • Engineering & Product Synergy: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that real-world merchant feedback and market requirements are translated into world-class product features. • Product Fluency: Use a deep understanding of API-led processing to articulate complex financial product value propositions to both technical and commercial audiences. • Strategic GTM Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market plans that incentivize merchants to adopt our consumer features, focusing on increased conversion and long-term user loyalty. • Cross-Functional Feedback Loop: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that merchant feedback and market requirements are translated into world-class product features.
