Requirements

• This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Prior experience in UGC or influencer marketing campaigns • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns at once • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and taking direction when needed • Strong attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks • Capability to stay consistent, reliable, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Frame.io http://Frame.io, or similar • Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns from creator sourcing to final delivery • Identify, vet, and secure creators based on campaign needs and brand fit • Manage all creator communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and issue resolution • Ensure creators deliver content on time and according to the brief • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery • Work closely with and manage UGC Coordinators to ensure high-quality execution, strong campaign outcomes, and timely delivery • Keep internal systems clean and up to date • Oversee creator payments and agreements to ensure accuracy and completion
