Requirements

• 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or carrier/operator sales • Proven ability to drive business development across multiple Southeast Asian markets, specifically Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand • Strong experience working with telecommunications operators or large enterprise accounts • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Strong executive presence and relationship management skills • Commercially driven, with sharp strategic thinking and execution capability • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Must hold a valid Singapore work visa or relevant right-to-work status (e.g., Singapore citizenship or Permanent Residency) • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage • Business development experience in Australia and/or Taiwan is a strong plus • Experience in telecom services, mobile networks, voice, fraud, or security products • Existing relationships within the Southeast Asian telecom ecosystem • Experience working with SaaS, platform, or AI-driven products • Exposure to international or multi-market commercial environments • Technical fluency and the ability to engage in solution-design conversations with product, engineering, and data teams • Own it: We expect team members to take real ownership and move with purpose.
