Requirements

Responsibilities

• 1. Growth Strategy & Execution • Define and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product suite • Build and optimize the full user lifecycle framework (onboarding → first investment → repeat investment → high-value user upgrade) • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and ROI evaluation of growth campaigns and initiatives • 2. User Segmentation & Lifecycle Management • Develop user segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite, behavior, and engagement patterns • Design targeted strategies and journeys for different user cohorts • Drive precision marketing through CRM, push notifications, email, and other engagement channels • 3. Data Analytics & Optimization • Build and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics (AUM, ARPU, conversion rates, retention, etc.) • Leverage A/B testing and data insights to continuously optimize user journeys and product experience • Generate structured insights and performance reports to support product and business decision-making • 4. Cross-functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Product, Finance, and BD teams to enhance product capabilities and monetization • Collaborate with Content, KOL, and Paid Media teams to amplify growth impact • Contribute to GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for new product launches, ensuring operational excellence across the lifecycle
