Requirements

• 5+ years managing bookings for corporate and leisure clients in a core Business Travel environment • 3+ years of demonstrated advanced Sabre or Amadeus GDS experience (ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, PNR management, etc.) is mandatory • Experience of local market supplier content and booking practices in both ARC and BSP markets • In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, air fares and fare construction calculations including the use of nett fares, IT fares, route deals and corporate negotiated fares (Fares & Ticketing VAII, formally BA2) • Experience of NDC , Low cost carriers and third party content aggregators and their booking management practices is a plus • Full understanding of travel industry regulations, along with worldwide compliance requirements • Skilled communicator, proficient in both verbal and written English language. Additional language skills (fluent speaker) outside of English is a bonus, but not a requirement • The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and ramp a team of 6-8 sales development representatives and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets • Design, deliver, and refine regular training and enablement workshops, with targeted coaching in prospecting techniques, objection handling, discovery conversations, call coaching, and other core sales development skills. • Drive a consistent and impactful operational cadence through weekly and monthly meetings designed to align, inspire, and motivate SDRs to exceed goals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Enablement to ensure alignment and seamless execution of SDR initiatives. • Continuously assess, refine, and optimize SDR processes and strategies, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing measurable solutions. • Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, ensuring robust talent density, accelerated rep development, and consistent achievement of pipeline generation targets.
