Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve lead quality and conversion. • Build strong relationships with B2B clients like solar and heatpump installers (SMBs). • Run demos, close deals and be hands on wherever needed. • Track customer needs, competitors, and market trends to sharpen our approach. • What Makes You a Great Fit • Strong knowledge of SMB software sales (3+ years experience) in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups. • Knowledge of UK sales and go-to-market dynamics. • Passion for innovation in renewable energy. • Strong closer with a collaborative mindset. • Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments. • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
