Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing and business development role. • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. • Strong expertise in developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns • Proven track record of acquiring and/or selling media properties. • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. • Strong creative and planning skills to deliver Marketing campaigns. • Proficiency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for iGaming and Sports. • Innovative, creative, and customer-focused mindset. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
• Lead Media Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure media partnerships to drive business growth. This includes exploring new opportunities and cultivating relationships that align with our strategic and media objectives. • Manage the creation and execution of compelling promotions and campaigns that enhance user engagement and loyalty. • Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistent tone of voice across all marketing assets and channels. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key providers, including payment and gaming providers, KYC (Know Your Customer) solution vendors, and other stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and agreements. • Agency Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with media agencies to execute both online and offline marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Campaign Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Business Intelligence (BI), and Product teams to monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide recommendations for optimising ongoing and future campaigns. • Internal Communication: Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams to ensure that upcoming campaigns are well-communicated and aligned with overall business strategies. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business strategies are informed by the latest market trends and opportunities, and that these strategies are effectively executed • Operational Support: Assist the management team with day-to-day operations, including research, analysis, and planning to support growth strategies and business development efforts • Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to attract and retain sportsbook and casino players
