TreviPay - Business Development Manager
Requirements
• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (solution-based selling) • Proven success closing complex, long-cycle deals • Experience selling financial, payments, or SaaS solutions • Strong ability to influence and sell to C-level stakeholders • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment • Fluent in Spanish and English (highly preferred but not required) • Experience in B2B payments, invoicing, or fintech (highly preferred but not required) • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) • Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
• Own and close new enterprise-level opportunities within a defined territory • Drive net-new logo acquisition through proactive outbound efforts (cold outreach, events, networking) • Lead complex sales cycles (6–12 months), partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to win deals • Engage C-level decision-makers, building business cases and aligning solutions to strategic priorities • Develop and execute territory plans to build and maintain a strong pipeline • Navigate and influence large buying groups, including finance, operations, IT, and procurement • Negotiate and execute contracts to successful close • What do I need to succeed? • You’re a self-starter and true hunter who enjoys building something from the ground up • You’re comfortable with long sales cycles and complex deal strategy • You know how to translate technical or financial solutions into business value • You’re energized by impact, autonomy, and growth opportunities • You operate with a high degree of ownership, resilience, and accountability
