Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in a full 360 – from origination to closing – within B2B or professional services sector • Ability to effectively engage with decision-makers • A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals • Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery • OUR ASSESSMENT PROCESS • Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30-45 mins) • Hiring Manager interview (60 mins) • Role Play with the Hiring Manager (60 mins) • Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (60 mins)
Responsibilities
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers throughout London • Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition • Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with Investment Banking accounts and constantly developing new opportunities • Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for the UK region • Take part in arranging M&A Community https://mnacommunity.com/ events, enhancing Ideals' visibility • Deliver compelling product presentations to clients • Structure, negotiate, and close deals • Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers • Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company’s revenue
