MedeAnalytics - VP, Government Strategic Growth (State & Federal Government)
Requirements
• 10+ years enterprise healthcare sales experience • Demonstrated success closing $5M–$25M+ contracts in healthcare • Direct selling experience into state Medicaid agencies, Medicaid MCOs, and rural and community health systems • Deep understanding of Medicaid financing, waivers, value-based care, risk adjustment, quality programs, and interoperability frameworks (HL7, FHIR) • Proven success in a PE-backed or high-growth healthcare technology company • Performance Metrics • Public-sector ARR growth • Enterprise deal size expansion • State-level market penetration • Cross-buyer expansion (state + MCO + provider) • Pipeline predictability and win rates • Strategic partnership development • Contribution to valuation growth • What Exceptional Looks Like • Within 24–36 months: • Embedded presence in multiple state Medicaid ecosystems • Platform recognized as core infrastructure • Predictable, scalable, margin-accretive public-sector revenue • Rural health transformation established as a signature vertical • Enhanced valuation multiple driven by durable public-sector positioning • Additional Information: • MedeAnalytics believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $195,000 USD + commission opportunities. Please note that actual compensation for all roles may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, relevant work experience, professional achievements/qualifications, skill level, business need, location and will be finalized at the time of offer.
