Elastic - Senior Account Executive

• Deep understanding of DND and CAF missions, command structures, and operational requirements. • Proven success in defence sales, business development, or program management within the Canadian public sector. • Familiarity with Security Operations Centers (SOCs), AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks including ITSG-33 and Protected B/C standards. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into mission value. • Experience navigating Canadian federal procurement processes and contracting vehicles (e.g., TBIPS, ProServices, SOSA). • Requires Canadian Secret or Top Secret clearance. • Military experience or prior collaboration with DND/CAF or Canadian defence agencies (e.g., CSE, CANSOFCOM). • Expertise in operational planning, cybersecurity, or data analytics within Canadian defence environments. • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. • Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People: • As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity.
