Requirements
• 5+ years of media planning or buying experience, ideally for a B2B and/or SaaS brand (agency or in-house) • Highly organized, with strong judgment about where to focus time across competing priorities • An informed POV on what's measurable, what isn't, and how to make the case for brand investment in a new channel • Excellent written communication. You can write a crisp channel strategy doc and a cold outreach email with equal care.
Responsibilities
• Own media budget allocation and pacing across all channels • Translate data and insights into optimization opportunities • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify untapped channels and opportunities to reach Front’s propsects • Build and present media plans, including channel rationale, reach/frequency projections, and expected business outcomes • Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate rates, and evaluate new inventory opportunities • Roll up your sleeves on execution: sourcing and vetting sponsorship opportunities, reaching out to partners directly, managing logistics end to end • Partner with our creative and performance marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are briefed, built, and optimized correctly
