Remote Senior NA Software Demand Generation Manager B2B Reporting Revenue Growth

Requirements

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS • Proven ownership of paid campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and funnel optimization • Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign and CRM data • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve execution and decision-making • Strong operator mindset with a bias toward testing and iteration • Bonus: experience in technical SaaS, infrastructure software, workflow tools, or creative-tech markets • What success looks like • More qualified pipeline and stronger conversion rates • Faster campaign launch cycles and more testing velocity • Better lead quality and tighter alignment with sales • More efficient spend and clearer attribution • AI embedded into the demand engine in a way that improves both speed and performance

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, email, landing pages, nurture, retargeting, and campaign testing • Build full-funnel programs that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth • Use AI to improve audience research, campaign development, personalization, reporting, and performance analysis • Create AI-assisted systems for faster campaign iteration and better conversion optimization • Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline progression • Build persona-based and use-case-based campaigns that speak to the right buyers • Improve funnel performance from first touch through qualified opportunity • Develop clear reporting on pipeline contribution, conversion, and efficiency
