• Develop and manage Demand Generation campaigns, using a wide range of channels and strategies (paid advertising, events, email marketing, webinars, content acquisition, etc.) • Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to achieve short- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROI • Utilize and optimize Hubspot to accurately report on campaign and channel performance • Lead marketing technology adoption that will enable the team to meet its goals • Team with the broader marketing team, GTM team and product team to optimise marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve planned goals and scale reach • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities for growth • What is needed to succeed: • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaS • Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies and campaigns. • Experience executing demand generation campaigns, generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with sales to drive conversions. • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including CRM and analytics software, to effectively manage and track marketing campaigns. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment. • A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
