We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! • People Management: Proven experience in a dedicated people manager role, specifically supervising, managing, and developing a team of senior individual contributors or managers. • People Management: • GTM & Account Accountability: Comprehensive background designing and executing B2B demand generation strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), thematic and verticalized inbound marketing, and digital lifecycle programs. • GTM & Account Accountability: • Direct Funnel & Budget Ownership: Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel digital media budgets, driving full-funnel marketing attribution, and optimizing MQL-to-SQL conversion paths. • Direct Funnel & Budget Ownership: • Cross-Functional Influence: A track record of partnering successfully with enterprise Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Events, Field, and Brand teams to establish clear, metric-driven models. • Cross-Functional Influence: • MarTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFDC, Marketo) alongside automated lifecycle workflows and AI-driven workflow tools. • MarTech Proficiency: • Desired: • Agile Workflows: Familiarity with building scalable template libraries and agile asset management systems to prevent custom design creep. • Agile Workflows: • Vertical Experience: Experience navigating segment-specific dynamics, particularly within Public Sector (SLED), Credit Unions, Non-profit/Humanitarian Organizations or Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS). • Data Friction Resolution: Analytical capability focused on resolving lead ingestion delays, data tracking gaps, and executing advanced reporting via enterprise analytics tools like Tableau. • Data Friction Resolution: • Location • This role will be remote and based in the USA. • Travel • We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. Responsibilities
• Lead and Develop People: Supervise, manage, and build up functional owners within a high-performing team of four, including three senior managers overseeing High-Touch/ABM, Inbound, and Digital Sales/Self-Service segments. • Lead and Develop People: • Establish Operational Swim Lanes: Centralize campaign workflows to eliminate ownership ambiguity, establishing clear accountability chains and accelerating GTM program delivery. • Establish Operational Swim Lanes: • Own Pipeline & Performance: Shift focus from baseline execution to direct ownership of pipeline targets and revenue performance metrics, partnering heavily with cross-functional Sales Directors to defend and grow top accounts. • Own Pipeline & Performance: • Orchestrate Multi-Channel Budgets: Direct the global digital media spend, continuously optimizing paid/organic channels, testing new ad formats, and tracking website conversion metrics. • Orchestrate Multi-Channel Budgets: • Drive AI-First Automation: Scale programmatic plays, lifecycle triggers, and automated conversion logic to seamlessly transition self-service users from sign-up to active spenders. • Drive AI-First Automation: • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner deeply with central .com teams, Product Marketing, Events, and Brand teams to align high-level corporate strategies with tactical growth goals. • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only. • The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $188,240 - $235,300. • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $199,280 - $249,100. • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $221,360 - $276,700. • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
