Requirements

• Advanced Deal Structuring & Financial Acumen: 12+ years of operational experience in functions like Strategy, Business Development, or Deal Desk at a technology firm. Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Deal Strategy: Lead a team of Deal Strategists to analyse commercial positioning and drive decision making on pricing and commercial agreements. This includes leadership and guidance to model, and creatively structure non-standard, high-value enterprise deals, ensuring optimization of opportunity while managing financial risk and maintaining corporate compliance. • Lead End-to-End Deal Strategy: • Drive Profitability and Growth: Drive excellence in Monetization support for major pursuits, development of holistic business cases and ensure articulation of the full value proposition of diverse deal structures to key customer and GTM stakeholders. • Drive Profitability and Growth: • Innovate Business Models: Proactively identify common deal patterns, ensure in-depth market/competitor analysis, and own a data centric approach that translates insights into actionable pricing and monetization strategies to expand market share and accelerate business model transformation. • Innovate Business Models: • Facilitate Cross-Functional Execution: Orchestrate time-sensitive decisions among Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, troubleshoot issues, manage forward deal momentum, and drive continuous improvement in deal process efficiency. • Facilitate Cross-Functional Execution: • Elevate Deal Intelligence: Champion best practices, lead knowledge sharing across the team as well as the global organization, and communicate clear, structured deal solutions and thought leadership to executive stakeholders. • Elevate Deal Intelligence: • Build Scale and Efficiency: Ongoing critical review of ways of working and ongoing innovation to drive increasing levels of scale and efficiency into the team making use of effective prioritisation and technology tools including but not limited to AI • Build Scale and Efficiency: • People Management: Support the team to make them successful, performance management and identification of strengths and areas for improvement for individual team members.
