Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or accumulated experience in sales, fundraising, marketing, or advertising • 5+ years of new business development or sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting revenue goals and closing meaningful deals • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the executive presence to credibly represent charity: water to senior-level marketing, CSR, and brand leaders • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities — articulate, persuasive, and compelling, whether you're writing a pitch deck, presenting on stage, or sitting across the table from a prospective partner • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect our mission to partners' larger business goals and build an undeniable case for why charity: water is the right fit • A genuine, infectious passion for our mission that energizes and inspires • The drive, sophistication, and entrepreneurial spirit to help shape the future of this team and the organization as a whole • The ability to thrive in a remote environment — self-directed and highly accountable when working independently, while remaining a present, collaborative, and considerate team member who communicates proactively and shows up with respect for the people around them • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for speaking engagements, donor meetings, and stewardship events • A genuine embodiment of charity: water's core values — bringing integrity, respect, excellence, innovation, passion, and generosity to every interaction • A positive and solutions-driven mindset • Proven expertise within a medium/large non-profit organization or a growing tech-savvy business • A network of strong corporate relationships with marketing and CSR leaders • Experience effectively using Salesforce as a CRM tool • YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF... • You’re remarkably people-oriented • You have innate social intelligence. Benefits
