• 7-9 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS, marketplace, or platform company — demand gen background is valuable, but we're looking for someone who has operated across the full B2B marketing mix • 7-9 years • Thought leadership & content chops — you've used content, education, and brand storytelling to drive demand and retention, not just paid ads and outbound • Thought leadership & content chops • Proven ownership of pipeline metrics — MQLs, opportunities created, and revenue influenced • Proven ownership of pipeline metrics • Salesforce fluency — for pipeline reporting, campaign attribution, and lead routing • Salesforce fluency • Experience collaborating closely with both Sales and Customer Success — you understand both acquisition and expansion/upsell motions • Experience collaborating closely with both Sales and Customer Success • Strong cross-functional communicator — can translate marketing needs into clear requirements for ops, sales, and leadership • Strong cross-functional communicator • Background in lifecycle or retention marketing for B2B audiences (email, education programs, in-product) • Background in affiliate, creator, or influencer marketing technology • Prior experience building pipeline programs with long (3+ month) sales cycles • The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
