Robinhood - Senior Partnerships Manager, Crypto
Requirements
• You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy, with experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain • You have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and key participants in the ecosystem • You build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners • You use structured, detail-oriented approaches to rigorously evaluate opportunities and produce high-quality work that supports decision-making • You are comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritizing work, and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and decentralized finance platforms • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet commercial and product goals, and align with legal, security, and regulatory requirements • Work closely with the product teams to understand partnership needs and how these partners can accelerate projects on our crypto roadmap. • Manage the onboarding and integration of new partners by working with product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams • Maintain and improve relationships with existing partners, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for product and operational improvements • Analyze partnership performance and industry trends to inform decisions on new initiatives and roadmap priorities

The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
