Multibank Group - Senior Corporate Services Administrator
Responsibilities
• Manage full lifecycle of legal entities (incorporation to dissolution). • Draft board/shareholder resolutions and statutory filings. • Monitor QCore for upcoming company deadlines (Regulatory deadlines and otherwise) and data integrity. • Update tasks on Asana and monitor updates from Corporate Services Administrator. • Take ownership for updating tracker spreadsheets such as but not limited to: • Invoice Tracker • Mentor junior team members and ensure quality of outputs. • Contribute to regulatory projects where corporate input is required. • Attend select Regulatory team sessions for learning and collaboration.
