Responsibilities
• Partner closely with senior executives for administrative and operational support. • Adapt quickly to each leader’s working style and pace. • Manage complex calendars and scheduling based on business priorities. • Own travel and logistics end-to-end, planning itineraries and coordinating events with precision. • Streamline communication and coordination between executives, their teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure efficient information flow. • Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively by identifying potential scheduling conflicts or dependencies before they arise. • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information. • Collaborate with the broader Executive Operations team to ensure alignment across Leadership Team on meetings, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
