Requirements
• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders from our Trading team and our Head of Firmwide Research. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, hosting guests, and other ad hoc office tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act with good judgement with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate is excited about contributing to the team’s success by solving problems, being collaborative and proactive, and demonstrating intellectual curiosity. • 5+ years of administrative experience • 3+ years of executive assistant experience supporting an executive • Experience managing calendars, booking travel, and processing expenses for multiple executives • Experience in financial services • Bachelor’s Degree • Must be in New York and able to come into office at least 3 days a week • Extensive MS Office, Google Suite, and PPT knowledge • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills high degree of discretion and confidentiality • Industry knowledge of and interest in Cryptocurrency
Responsibilities

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise.
