Zafin - Manager, Global Events
Requirements
• Typically five to seven years of experience delivering and managing B2B events, conferences, sponsorships, or experiential marketing initiatives, including independent ownership of multiple concurrent events. • Demonstrated experience managing event-level budgets, suppliers, production, registration, logistics, onsite teams, and post-event closeout. • Proficiency with CRM systems, HubSpot marketing automation tools, project management platforms, Jira, event registration systems, survey tools, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools is required. • Accountable event owner, disciplined project manager, confident cross-functional lead, commercially aware, detail-oriented, decisive, service-minded, and calm under pressure. • Able to anticipate risks, make sound event-level decisions, direct vendors and temporary teams, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and balance attendee experience, brand quality, budget, and delivery constraints. • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, fintech, AI, cloud, or another complex industry is preferred. • Additional Job Details • Expected Salary Range: $100K–$115K.
