• Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS or technology company, with a focus on mid-market accounts. • Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth. Experience of the Nordics region is preferred. • Sales Skills: Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-sized businesses. Experience with a consultative sales approach. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate the functionality of software products. • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for managing sales activities and pipeline. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various teams to achieve shared goals. • Builder’s Mindset: Energy for growing something early.
