Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales — ideally within real estate, proptech, or a digital marketplace • Demonstrable track record of building and managing B2B relationships and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Strong existing network within the UAE real estate sector (agencies, developers, or landlords) is a significant advantage • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus as are other languages • Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in a field-facing role • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and standard office productivity tools • Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across the GCC • Prior experience with a PropTech platform, portal (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), or SaaS product • Understanding of UAE property market dynamics, RERA regulations, and the developer/agency landscape • Experience managing a portfolio of 50+ accounts simultaneously • Familiarity with data-driven sales methodologies and performance reporting
Responsibilities
• Listing Acquisition & Partner Development • Proactively identify, approach and onboard new listing partners including property developers, private landlords, and real estate brokerages • Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospective partners using CRM tools, tracking outreach, meetings, and conversion • Negotiate listing agreements and partnership terms, securing competitive and exclusive inventory where possible • Attend industry events, property launches, and networking functions to deepen market relationships and generate new leads • Represent the platform professionally at all client touchpoints, conveying the platform's value proposition clearly and persuasively • Account Management & Retention • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of existing listing partners, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business reviews with key accounts to demonstrate listing ROI and strengthen relationships • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, including premium listing placements, featured advertising, and data products • Resolve partner issues promptly, coordinating internally with product, operations, and marketing teams as needed • Monitor partner listing quality and completeness, proactively coaching partners on best practices to improve conversion rates • Market Intelligence & Reporting • Track competitor platforms, pricing strategies, and listing volume to identify gaps and opportunities for the business • Provide weekly pipeline reports and partner performance dashboards to the commercial leadership team • Share market feedback and partner insights with the product team to inform platform development priorities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all accounts, contacts, and activities
