Instabase - Account Executive, Atlanta
Requirements
• At least 5+ years of Enterprise B2B closing experience. Preferred FS&I accounts. • Excellent in pipeline generation and meticulous planning/preparation skills. • Motivated to win with a strong ability to exceed quota attainment year over year (YoY). • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration internally and externally, including influence across multiple departments and leadership levels within an enterprise. • Strong understanding of how Instabase's solutions can improve customers’ business operations through a research and data-driven approach to account planning.
Responsibilities
• Proactively work to break into net-new logos in your assigned territory • Foster new business initiatives with target accounts and act as their internal advocate • Strategically define value and specific business outcomes that Instabase will help deliver • Collaboratively work alongside internal resources, partners, team members and your manager to be successful • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs • 5+ years of Enterprise B2B closing experience (FS&I accounts preferred) • You're excellent in pipeline generation & are meticulous in planning and preparation • You're driven to win and are motivated hit and exceed quota attainment YoY • High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and influence internally and externally • Strong ability to navigate an enterprise and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership • Provides valuable insights into how to improve the customers’ business operations • Research and data driven approach to account planning; Proactively identify opportunities from business led discussions • Self starter who is invested in the success of the team, ability to work in a start-up environment • How you work: • Intellectually curious - you’re driven by the desire to understand, empathize with the customer, and solve the root cause issue. • Emotionally intelligent - you are highly sensitive to others and seek to align with them. • Growth Mindset - you’re constantly seeking improvement in yourself; you think big, and use your team and customer collective IQ to improve customer outcomes. • Respectful and humble - to everyone, always. • Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $157,000+ commission, equity, and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
