Twitch - Creator Outreach Associate Contractor
Requirements
• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work and be paid in the US for the duration of the contract. • Prior experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting role. • Proven interest and knowledge in one of: creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management. • A genuine passion for livestreaming and internet culture, and a strong understanding of the creator economy—including where creators are rising across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and what's driving content trends. • Determination to find and bring new creators to Twitch, and to support and grow them, with a deep desire to help shape the future of the platform. • Comfort with CRM and creator-analytics tools, or the ability to learn them quickly, to manage a pipeline and source creators efficiently. • Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator, familiarity with live streaming tools and software. • Existing relationships with a wide variety of content creators across platforms • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31/hour in our lowest geographic market and up to $39/hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Responsibilities
• Search widely across platforms and communities to spot emerging talent, understand what's resonating culturally, and proactively reach out to creators who could thrive on Twitch. • Initiate confident cold outreach and persuade creators to see Twitch as an exciting, meaningful next step in their careers. • Stay deeply plugged into creator trends, rising influencers, new platforms, and cultural moments that shape where audiences gather. • Guide creators through their earliest steps on Twitch—making onboarding clear, supportive, and geared toward getting them confidently to their first stream. • Own each creator relationship from first outreach through their first stream, then hand off to a Strategic Partner Manager with clear context (creator background, onboarding notes, first-stream feedback) for ongoing development. • Manage your outreach pipeline in a CRM—logging touchpoints, updating lead status, and keeping records clean. • Validate leads before outreach (confirm follower counts, check a creator isn't already assigned) to keep the pipeline accurate and avoid duplicate outreach.
