Sage - Enterprise Account Executive, Skilled Nursing (SNF)
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, healthcare technology sales, or commercial roles serving the skilled nursing industry • A consistent track record of exceeding quota, growing revenue, or delivering measurable commercial results • Deep understanding of the skilled nursing market and established relationships with SNF decision-makers • Existing relationships with executive buyers across skilled nursing and familiarity with SNF operations, reimbursement, staffing workflows, regulatory requirements, or clinical technology • Experience selling clinical operations software, EHRs, nurse call, workforce technology, AI, or other healthcare operational platforms • Experience or comfort at early stage startups
Responsibilities
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle for new Skilled Nursing and post-acute customers, from prospecting through executive negotiations and close • Develop and execute strategic account plans for regional and national operators, health systems, and post-acute organizations • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including COOs, CIOs, Clinical leaders, Operations, Finance, and IT • Partner closely with the Skilled Nursing General Manager to execute Sage's go-to-market strategy, refine account priorities, and support expansion opportunities • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene while consistently exceeding sales targets • Represent Sage at customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry conferences
