Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or related roles in B2B SaaS • Experience supporting discovery, evaluations, and implementations for mid-market/enterprise • Strong API/integration/data-flow knowledge (REST, webhooks, JSON) • Experience designing/troubleshooting multi-system integrations (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop) • Familiarity with modern SaaS architectures and event-driven workflows • Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred
