Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on user acquisition • Proven experience running email and SMS campaigns end-to-end • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution • Strong analytical mindset; confident working with campaign data and performance metrics • Experience testing and scaling multiple acquisition channels (social, influencer, etc.) and campaigns simultaneously • Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, automation tools, attribution, etc.). Klaviyo experience a plus. • Experience using AI tools regularly in your workflow (content, analysis, automation) • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or near-native fluency) • Comfortable in client-facing environments interacting with brand partners and representing AnyRoad in strategic conversations • Willing and able to travel periodically for client meetings, team gatherings, and events • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across email and SMS, plus social, influencer, and other channels as needed • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns that help our brand partners acquire, engage, and retain loyal customers • Manage our marketing CRM and the systems that support campaign operations • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, running creative and audience tests, fine-tuning targeting and copy, and adjusting strategies to improve results • Partner directly with brand clients on strategy sessions and reviews; travel occasionally for client meetings, team offsites, and key events • Report weekly to leadership with clear insights, recommendations, and results tied to KPIs • Collaborate with executive and design teams to launch cohesive, high-quality campaigns
